Food safety is of the utmost importance to everyone involved in the food chain, from planting and harvesting to the dinner table. This workshop aims to help current and future community garden managers and volunteers manage food safety in a community garden.
Join us to learn practical, simple steps that you can implement in your garden to avoid food safety risks. Farm food safety experts will be on hand to illustrate best management practices and to answer your burning questions about managing food safety.
