Give us an hour and a half of one Saturday in your month and you'll have access to a dietitian, new recipes to cook, a free bag of ingredients, and coupons to use in- store the same day ALL FOR FREE!!
No excuses! This is a free class that will pay you with invaluable knowledge to eat healthier to improve your quality of life and pave a healthier path for the next generation that looks to you as role models. What we feed our kids fuels our future. Bring the kids along; we will provide free childcare during the class as needed.
